Constructed from lightweight uPVC, the Keystone frame replaces traditional aluminum to reduce finishing complexity. It holds a ±65 DP certification, meeting rigorous High Velocity Hurricane Zone and Wind-Borne Debris Region standards when integrated with ODL impact-rated glass.

Derek Fielding, vice president of strategic marketing at ODL, noted that the system reflects a focus on combining durability with practical design improvements. The hardware features a 3/8-inch flat profile with welded miter corners, utilizing a patent-pending Grip-and-Release system. This mechanism secures the frame through interlocking stems rather than permanent adhesives, allowing for non-destructive removal during service. A co-extruded seal further protects the unit by preventing debris buildup and paint seepage, while the H-Channel design cushions the insulated glass to minimize potential damage.
