The new lineup debuts with four distinct cocktail-inspired profiles: a standard Margarita and a Mango Margarita, both crafted with tequila, alongside a Blackberry Moscow Mule made with vodka and a rum-based Mai Tai. Each 250-calorie can aims to replicate a full-strength bar experience while adhering to the brand's gluten-free and sugar-free standards. By utilizing limited carbonation, the company intends to keep the focus on flavor rather than the effervescence typical of the seltzer category.
Adam Kroener, cofounder and CEO, noted that the expansion is rooted in the same philosophy that drove the brand's initial success. According to Kroener, increasing the alcohol content did not necessitate a compromise on the drink’s nutritional profile or its commitment to authentic taste. The collection will roll out across Wisconsin, Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, and the Dakotas this November, with a broader national expansion scheduled for 2027. To differentiate the new 12% products from the established 5% line, the brand has introduced updated packaging featuring vibrant, ingredient-focused illustrations.
