The deal embeds SnapAI’s specialized knowledge of regulatory compliance into HR Path’s existing framework, which serves nearly 2,900 employees globally. By folding these capabilities into its Advise, Implement, and Outsource service lines, the company intends to move beyond basic automation. The goal is to provide clients with a roadmap for assessing AI maturity, identifying high-value use cases, and ensuring that automated recruitment and management systems remain within legal boundaries.
To manage this transition, HR Path has established an internal AI Task Force. This group is charged with embedding artificial intelligence across the company’s entire portfolio, aiming to free HR teams from repetitive labor. With the SnapAI acquisition, the company is positioning itself to handle the technical hurdles of the European AI Act, allowing clients to deploy complex algorithms without sacrificing governance or data integrity.
