The franchise was recognized for its integration of AI tools designed to streamline marketing and operations, alongside its Travel Book Club, an initiative that uses cultural storytelling to boost client engagement. Drew Daly, senior vice president and general manager, noted that these initiatives are intended to provide network-wide competitive advantages. The judging panel, composed of industry experts, evaluated the entries against established benchmarks for innovation and professional development.
