Revenue for the quarter slipped to 5.26 billion yen, down from 5.66 billion yen in 2025. This top-line pressure translated into reduced margins, with operating profit falling to 127 million yen from 175 million yen previously. Pretax profit followed a similar trajectory, dropping to 107 million yen compared to 204 million yen a year ago.
The impact on shareholders was pronounced, as earnings per share shifted from a profit of 21.39 yen to a loss of 0.38 yen. These results, which adhere to Japanese accounting standards, reflect a challenging start to the fiscal year for the group.
