The expanded agreement incorporates Veeva CTMS, eTMF, Study Startup, and Site Connect into IQVIA’s clinical research infrastructure. By integrating these tools, the companies intend to reduce friction in trial management while maintaining customer flexibility. Sponsors retain the option to select specific technologies—including IQVIA’s own proprietary solutions—for electronic data capture, randomization and trial supply management, and electronic clinical outcome assessments.

Veeva founder and CEO Peter Gassner emphasized that the move builds upon the partnership established last year, focusing on seamless service delivery.
