American Logistics Brings NEMT Tech to California and Texas Conferences

Following a year of industry-wide disruption that left many patients without transit, American Logistics is heading to the 2026 CAHP and TAHP annual conferences. The firm plans to demonstrate how its proprietary, HiTrust-certified platform stabilizes non-emergency medical transportation for Medicaid and Medicare Advantage populations across both states.

The California Association of Health Plans conference runs from October 19 to 21 in Palm Desert, while the Texas Association of Health Plans event follows in Austin from November 2 to 4. For American Logistics, these gatherings serve as a strategic stage to showcase a 99.8% grievance-free service record built over 27 years of operation.

Brandon Piersant, Chief Marketing Officer at American Logistics, noted that the recent volatility in the NEMT sector has underscored the necessity of reliable transit as a core component of the healthcare continuum. Beyond public presentations, the company will conduct private performance reviews with existing health plan clients to address emerging member needs before the upcoming plan year. By integrating mobile, web, and phone-based access, the company aims to simplify regulatory compliance while ensuring that lack of transportation does not become a barrier to medical care.
