The results of this pivot are reflected in key performance metrics: the credit union’s Net Promoter Score climbed from 73.6 to 89.4, while online account openings doubled in the first month post-implementation. Furthermore, the in-branch experience became five times faster, allowing staff to process over 1,200 applications and secure $11.5 million in deposits during the initial six weeks of the new system’s deployment.
