Eichman transitions to the firm after a career spanning both valuation leadership and mortgage banking. Before this role, he served as Director of Mortgage Banking at Gantry and held a principal position at a private real estate debt fund. This dual experience in debt originations and traditional appraisal work allows him to offer a broader perspective on market-driven guidance than standard valuation practitioners.

At Partner, he will oversee the expansion of the firm’s Bay Area presence. Senior Managing Director Eric Enloe noted that Eichman’s arrival enhances the company’s ability to provide clients with reliable data for complex real estate decisions. Eichman holds an MBA in Finance and a Bachelor of Architecture from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, and maintains Certified General Appraiser licenses in California and Oregon.
