Rodriguez arrives with two decades of experience in financial technology, including a tenure as Senior Vice President of Technology at LPL Financial where he managed the ClientWorks advisor workstation. His background also includes leadership roles at Vanguard, Wellington Management, and Bain Capital, with a specific focus on investment systems and engineering. At Choreo, his mandate centers on building a scalable technology foundation that integrates tax and wealth planning tools.

Van de Loo highlighted Rodriguez's ability to bridge the gap between technical strategy and the practical needs of wealth management professionals. As the industry grapples with the impending wealth transfer and potential advisor turnover, Rodriguez plans to deploy AI tools designed to enhance advisor capacity. He emphasized that these technological shifts require careful implementation, stressing that AI should serve as a strategic partner to advisors rather than a replacement for human expertise.
