Insight Global Names Tim Stutz as First Chief Marketing Officer

After more than two decades on the frontlines of the company’s operations, Tim Stutz has been appointed as Insight Global’s first-ever Chief Marketing Officer. The promotion marks a structural shift as the firm moves beyond its original staffing roots to position itself as a broader player in talent, consulting, and AI.

Stutz is a veteran of the Atlanta-based firm, having spent 23 years climbing through leadership roles in sales and operations. CEO Bert Bean noted that Stutz’s deep institutional knowledge makes him the ideal choice to refine the company’s narrative as it scales its technical capabilities. In this new capacity, Stutz will oversee the integration of advertising, marketing, and communications, ensuring the corporate brand remains tethered to the company's long-standing cultural focus on employee development.

Beyond his commercial track record, Stutz has been the primary architect of the company’s philanthropic footprint. Since 2020, he has spearheaded a partnership with OneWorld Health, directing $8.1 million toward healthcare infrastructure in Uganda, Nicaragua, and Honduras. This initiative has supported 10 clinics and provided care for over 345,000 patients. As he transitions into the CMO role, Stutz will retain his oversight of the firm’s philanthropic strategy, including the Insight Global Family Foundation, which recently issued its 1,000th grant to assist employees facing financial hardship.
