The appointments come under the direction of CEO TJ Houske, who took the helm recently as part of a push to accelerate growth through innovation and integration. Mac Donell, formerly the company's Vice President of Sales, assumes the CRO role with 15 years of technology sales experience, including a long tenure at HostedBizz prior to its 2022 acquisition by Opti9. He is tasked with unifying the company's revenue-generating functions and refining its go-to-market strategy.

Steinlin joins the executive ranks following Opti9’s acquisition of Aptible, where he previously led security and compliance efforts. His background includes security leadership roles at RISCPoint and Lifespark, as well as a focus on regulated sectors like healthcare and finance. As CISO, Steinlin will oversee the security strategy for the company’s managed services portfolio, ensuring that its infrastructure remains resilient while scaling to meet the requirements of its growing customer base. These leadership shifts reflect a broader internal effort to solidify the company's security and sales foundations as it integrates new business units.
