Other cultural offerings include the line’s signature "Evening at Ephesus" event and specialized culinary excursions led by onboard chefs.

Northern Europe operations will see the Seabourn Quest explore Scandinavia and the British Isles, with a standout seven-day voyage into the Gulf of Bothnia. This route includes maiden calls at Härnösand, Kemi, Rauma, and Oulu, as well as a visit to Turku during its 900th anniversary year. In Alaska, the Seabourn Encore will deploy an expert Expedition Team to lead Zodiac and kayak excursions, alongside scenic cruising through British Columbia’s Great Bear Rainforest.
