Patrick Johansson, currently leading the Europe, Middle East and Africa market area, will head the new Asia-Pacific division. This consolidation aims to improve operational efficiency while maintaining local customer focus. As part of this transition, current executives Chafic Nassif and Andres Vicente will depart their roles on December 31, 2026, after a transition period.

The company is also dismantling its Business Area Enterprise Wireless Solutions to better integrate its portfolio. Neutral Host and Private 5G technologies will move to Business Area Networks, while Wireless WAN solutions will now report to Yossi Cohen, head of the Americas market area. Åsa Tamsons, who led the enterprise division, will leave the company at the end of 2026. CEO Per Narvinger noted that these changes are designed to create a leaner executive team better equipped to navigate dynamic market demands and accelerate product innovation.
