The company posted earnings of 59 cents per share for the quarter, a stark contrast to the 10-cent loss per share reported in the year-ago period. This growth was underpinned by a rise in total sales from $151.5 million to $172.8 million, signaling improved operational momentum despite a modest 0.3% dip during the regular trading session.
Looking ahead, management projects fourth-quarter sales between $154 million and $164 million. This guidance accounts for typical seasonal cooling within the Arcadia building products division. While the forecast remains cautious regarding market variables, the company noted that its current projections do not factor in potential escalations in international supply chain disruptions stemming from Middle East hostilities.
