The board approved a quarterly dividend increase to 46 cents, up from the previous 42 cents, while simultaneously declaring a special dividend of 75 cents per share. Both payments are scheduled for distribution on Dec. 15 to shareholders of record as of Dec. 1.
This move marks the second time this year the company has expanded its shareholder returns, following an earlier increase from 38 cents to 42 cents and a 50-cent special dividend. These distributions bring the total annual payout to $2.93 per share, more than doubling the $1.38 total recorded in 2025.
