The company’s revenue climbed to 50.06 billion yen, marking a significant expansion from the 35.21 billion yen generated in the same period of 2025. Despite this influx, rising costs weighed heavily on the bottom line. Operating profit dipped to 2.92 billion yen compared to 3.11 billion yen previously, while pretax profit slid to 2.70 billion yen from 3.28 billion yen.
Earnings per share mirrored the broader downward trend, settling at 88.57 yen against 119.27 yen in the prior-year period. These figures, calculated under Japanese accounting standards, reflect a challenging margin environment for the sushi chain despite its aggressive revenue performance.
