In his new capacity, Simmons will oversee the company’s global regional business units and core operations. The firm stated the appointment is intended to drive tighter alignment across its business segments and accelerate the execution of its overarching growth strategy as the company looks to leverage its increasing market scale.
Simmons, 55, will command a base salary of $950,000. His compensation package includes an annual bonus target set at 100% of his base pay, alongside an annual equity award opportunity valued at $4.3 million. This leadership change marks a significant shift in the company’s internal hierarchy following Simmons’ tenure leading the Americas business, a role he held since January 2024.
