Soroca joins the board following his tenure as Chief Product Officer at Magnite, where he directed product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies during a period of significant corporate evolution. His background includes founding nToggle—later acquired by Rubicon Project—and holding leadership roles at Millennial Media, Jumptap, and Lycos. Beyond his executive experience, Soroca holds more than 90 patents in search and mobile advertising technology and serves on the IAB Tech Lab Programmatic Governance Council.
Sovrn CEO Walter Knapp highlighted that Soroca’s expertise will be central to the company’s product development, particularly as the platform aims to scale its data-driven offerings for publishers and creators. Currently, Sovrn facilitates connections between supply and demand across websites, mobile apps, and CTV channels, reaching a daily audience of over 500 million consumers.
