GarageExperts Launches First Corporate-Owned Hubs in Dallas-Fort Worth

GarageExperts is breaking from its traditional franchise-only model by launching its first corporate-owned territories in Grapevine, Keller, and Denton. This strategic shift serves a dual purpose: establishing a live testing ground for national operations while simultaneously clearing space for new franchise expansion across the North Texas market.

The company’s move into direct operations allows the Grapevine-based headquarters to refine its floor coating and cabinetry installation processes in real time. Todd Paget, serving as co-owner and general manager, will lead these corporate sites, focusing on the practical application of supply chain and operational strategies. According to company president Mike Mushinski, these territories will act as a primary proving ground for system-wide best practices before they are deployed to franchisees nationwide.

Simultaneously, the brand has restructured its regional map to accommodate new private investment. Industry veterans Doug and Sandra Eckhoff have secured a three-territory agreement covering North Dallas, Plano, and Frisco. Doug Eckhoff, who brings three decades of experience in the home services and restaurant sectors, aims to leverage his background in project management to scale the brand in these high-demand suburbs. GarageExperts is currently targeting further growth in Richardson, Rockwall, DeSoto, Midlothian, Mansfield, Burleson, and Weatherford as it looks to capitalize on the increasing consumer demand for custom garage organizational solutions.
