NKK Switches Returns to Profitability With ¥292 Million Net Gain

NKK Switches Co. Ltd. reversed its fortunes for the fiscal year ending March 31, reporting a net profit of ¥292 million. This result marks a sharp recovery from the ¥404 million loss recorded during the previous year, signaling a stabilization in the electronics component manufacturer’s financial performance under Japanese accounting standards.

NKK Switches Returns to Profitability With ¥292 Million Net Gain

Revenue climbed to ¥8.37 billion, up from the ¥7.56 billion generated in 2025. This growth in top-line figures coincided with a return to operating profitability, as the company posted an operating profit of ¥280 million compared to the prior year’s ¥452 million loss. Pretax profit also strengthened, reaching ¥407 million against the previous year's ¥394 million loss. Reflecting these improvements, earnings per share reached ¥355.65, a significant turn from the negative ¥491.14 reported in the preceding fiscal cycle.
