The document serves as a direct output from Rosenberg House Davos, a student-led initiative held in January 2026. Unlike traditional youth reports, this project involved teenagers hosting roundtables with global prime ministers, scientists, and historians. By collaborating with the non-profit Climate Words, the students translated their sessions into a usable framework featuring ten clear action rules per chapter and a specific youth-driven lexicon designed to move past corporate buzzwords.
Bernhard Gademann, President of Institut auf dem Rosenberg, noted that the project represents a rejection of passive observation. The manifesto includes specific inquiries from students, such as Grade 11 student Syailendra Q.’s challenge regarding accountability in systems extending from earth to orbit. The work relies on the school’s 'Artisans of Education' philosophy, integrating real-world prototypes and pilot projects from the Rosenberg International Curriculum. While the initiative operated independently from the World Economic Forum, it drew input from institutions including MIT, ETH Zurich, and the Smithsonian Science Education Center to ensure the final resolutions remain viable for policymakers.
