By incorporating Novium’s expertise in precision pointing and stabilization, Lyntris intends to improve the performance of its RF and optical systems across space, ground, and maritime platforms. These motion control capabilities are increasingly critical as the industry faces higher demand for low-probability-of-intercept links and beyond-line-of-sight connectivity.

Brian Morrison, CEO of Lyntris, described the move as a foundational step in strengthening the company's "sense, make sense, act" strategy. For existing Novium clients, the transition promises access to broader engineering resources and supply chain infrastructure while keeping the Houston-based team and its specialized operations intact. Novium co-founders Josh Figuered and James Holley noted that the partnership provides the scale necessary to deploy their next-generation hardware into more ambitious mission environments.
