The indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity agreement mandates global support for fleet readiness, including repair, overhaul, and parts supply. Work under the contract is scheduled to continue through June 3, 2031, with specific task orders distributed competitively among the selected group of awardees.

President Pete Jacobs noted that the contract strengthens the company's role within the military's maritime sustainment ecosystem. Based in Houston, MSHS Pacific Power Group operates under Industrial Service Solutions, providing technical expertise and field service capabilities to support the operational demands of the Military Sealift Command fleet worldwide.
