Circles, GreySkies and HCLTech Launch AI-Driven Network Framework

A coalition of technology firms is piloting an AI-powered multi-agent framework to unify customer experience and network operations. By collaborating through the TM Forum Catalyst Program, Circles, GreySkies, and HCLTech intend to replace fragmented legacy systems with a single, self-optimizing ecosystem for global telecom providers.

The initiative enlists major operators including KDDI, Orange, and TELUS to test the platform, which aims to bridge the gap between real-time network signals and business outcomes. The architecture relies on the distinct technical specializations of the three partners: Circles provides an AI-native digital telco platform, GreySkies contributes AIOps-driven anomaly detection, and HCLTech integrates Open Digital Architecture standards to ensure interoperability across complex infrastructures.

Industry executives emphasize that the shift toward autonomous networks is a response to rising consumer demands for predictive service. By embedding AI-driven observability, the partners claim operators can anticipate and resolve infrastructure bottlenecks before they impact end-users. The framework will be demonstrated at the DTW Ignite event in Copenhagen, where the companies plan to present the system as a scalable solution for modernizing telecom business processes.
