Rock Tech Lithium Targets Ontario Expansion with Victory Project Buyout

Rock Tech Lithium has moved to secure a 100% interest in the Victory Project, a 9,875-hectare exploration site in Northwestern Ontario. The deal, involving a staged cash and share agreement with Bounty Gold Corp. and Last Resort Resources Ltd., aims to bolster the company’s regional mine-to-converter supply chain.

The Victory Project, located 45 km east of Kenora, hosts two high-grade spodumene-bearing pegmatite occurrences at the surface. Selective sampling at the Last Resort pegmatite returned values up to 5.11% Li₂O, while the Bounty pegmatite showed grades reaching 3.48% Li₂O. These sites sit within a 6 km corridor that remains largely unexplored, offering a strategic target for Rock Tech as it looks to feed its proposed Red Rock Converter.

Proximity to established infrastructure—including the Trans-Canada Highway and CPKC rail access—remains a primary driver for the acquisition. Rock Tech CEO Mirco Wojnarowicz stated that the project fits naturally into the company’s broader strategy of building a domestic lithium supply chain to support the province’s growing battery and EV ecosystem. The company plans to initiate a staged exploration program to evaluate the extent and continuity of the mineralization before committing to further development.

Under the terms of the agreement, Rock Tech will pay an aggregate of CAD $600,000 in cash and CAD $400,000 in common shares over two years. Additional milestone payments are tied to the publication of future NI 43-101 compliant mineral resource estimates, ranging from CAD $500,000 to CAD $1.5 million based on tonnage and grade thresholds. The transaction is currently awaiting final acceptance from the TSX Venture Exchange.
