The IDDeal Place marks a significant shift in regional care, standing as only the eighth residence of its kind across the entire state. Developed through a transformative investment from the Pulte Family Charitable Foundation, the campus provides more than just shelter; it offers a structured environment where residents can live with purpose and belonging. The project was conceived to address a mounting housing crisis that often leaves families without viable options for their adult children as they age.
State Senator Tina Polsky and Representative Anne Gerwig are scheduled to join Foundation CEO Nancy Pulte Rickard and Director Bonnie Schmidt for the official ribbon-cutting ceremony. The event highlights a collaborative effort between private donors and public advocates to establish a model of care that prioritizes dignity. Following the ceremony, the site at 5700 Bentbrook Blvd. will open for tours, showcasing the facilities that promise to provide families with much-needed peace of mind regarding the future of their loved ones.
