Digistore24 Unveils Infrastructure to Accelerate European Sales

Navigating the patchwork of VAT regulations, local payment preferences, and compliance standards has long deterred vendors from entering the European market. Digistore24 is now attempting to dismantle these barriers by launching an integrated expansion suite designed to automate the complexities of cross-border digital commerce across the EU, UK, Switzerland, and Norway.

The platform’s new capabilities center on a Merchant of Record model, which absorbs the administrative burden of local registrations and fulfillment logistics. By centralizing these processes, Digistore24 aims to streamline operations for businesses that previously struggled to scale beyond their home regions. Beyond backend compliance, the company is introducing a Funnel Adaptation Service. This feature moves past simple language translation, utilizing conversion data and cross-cultural copywriting to refine how products are positioned for specific local audiences.

Francis Wolff, CEO of Digistore24, noted that the goal is to allow vendors to prioritize product development over the intricacies of international tax law and payment processing. The impact is already visible: more than 500 vendors have leveraged these tools to generate over €44 million in sales during the past nine months. For affiliates, this shift offers a pathway to higher returns on ad spend by providing access to localized offers that perform more effectively in markets with lower advertising costs. Dioury Barreto of MeD Group highlighted that this infrastructure allows businesses to pivot existing, successful funnels into new territories without the need to rebuild operations from the ground up.
