The software integrates directly with SIKORA’s existing measurement hardware, feeding raw data into an ECOCONTROL processor. By eliminating the smoothing of values, the tool highlights subtle deviations that might otherwise remain hidden during high-speed production. This granular approach allows personnel to intervene before quality issues escalate, streamlining troubleshooting and stabilizing the extrusion line.

The company, a subsidiary of the Dover Corporation, continues to leverage its history in laser, X-ray, and ultrasound technologies to push for higher precision in industrial cable production.
