U.S. Renal Care Secures Newsweek Workplace Recognition for Third Year

For the third consecutive year, Plano-based U.S. Renal Care has earned a spot on Newsweek’s list of America’s Greatest Workplaces. The dialysis provider, which serves over 37,000 patients nationwide, received the honor alongside parallel distinctions for its corporate culture, community engagement, and specific support for female employees.

The company’s recurring appearance on the list stems from a rigorous evaluation of over 120 performance indicators, ranging from compensation and benefits to work-life balance and leadership efficacy. Newsweek’s rankings synthesize data from millions of company reviews and hundreds of thousands of employee interviews conducted across the United States.

"We are intentional about creating a culture where talented caregivers can do meaningful work and build lasting careers," said Sharon Brunecz, Chief Human Resources Officer. Beyond the general workplace designation, U.S. Renal Care has now held the "Greatest Workplaces for Culture, Belonging & Community" title for four years running. Leadership attributes this stability to investments in skills training and staff wellbeing, which they argue directly influence the quality of medical services. Chief Medical Officer Dr. Mary Dittrich noted that engaged staff are better equipped to provide high-level care, a metric reflected in the company’s industry-leading percentage of CMS 4- and 5-star rated centers.
