Rangan brings a deep history of executive leadership to the Irvine-based firm, having held senior roles at Fortune 50 companies including Walmart, Bank of America, and Rockwell International. His transition to ReadyAI follows his tenure as CEO of DoubleCheck Solutions and his current advisory work at Qtonic Quantum. Beyond his corporate experience, Rangan is a recognized authority on the subject, having authored Governance in the Age of Gen AI, a handbook specifically designed for directors managing the risks of artificial intelligence.

ReadyAI focuses on the intersection of corporate strategy and technical oversight, aiming to move organizations beyond the initial hype surrounding machine learning. By emphasizing a governance-first framework, the company assists businesses in maintaining compliance and security as they scale internal AI tools. According to CEO Carol Eastman, Rangan’s involvement will provide the necessary credibility to support executives who are tasked with balancing rapid innovation against the need for organizational accountability.
