The project represents a core component of a broader 21 MW portfolio developed for Honeywell International. PowerBank secured a US$41 million transaction for the three-site development, which includes engineering, procurement, and construction services. The site sits on a brownfield regulated by the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation and is slated for transfer to Honeywell Aerospace following the company's scheduled corporate spinoff on June 29, 2026.

With over 100 megawatts of clean energy projects now operational across North America, the company is pivoting its strategy to address the rising electricity demands of AI compute infrastructure and modular data centers. This latest site serves as a benchmark for the company’s ongoing expansion as it looks to leverage its one-gigawatt development pipeline to support the digital economy.
