Jerral and Chrystal Ingle, owners of PuroClean Restoration Services in Fort Payne, Alabama, secured the Franchise of the Year award. Since launching in 2016, the couple transformed their business from a $200,000 annual operation into a $5.3 million enterprise. Their success stems from a decade of deep community engagement and a reputation for reliability in a rural market where trust is the primary driver of repeat business and referrals.

In Iowa, John Alessio and Shawn Kelly claimed the Rookie of the Year title for their performance at PuroClean of Des Moines – Central. Opening in 2024, the duo leveraged their backgrounds in restoration and facilities management to generate over $775,000 in their first year of operation. They are currently tracking toward the $1 million mark, a milestone that company leadership notes is particularly impressive for a new franchise.

According to PuroClean President Steve White, these awards reflect distinct operational strengths: the Ingles’ long-term commitment to local visibility and the rapid, systematic execution demonstrated by the Des Moines team. Both businesses were honored during the company’s Annual International Convention in Tamarac, Florida, serving as benchmarks for the brand’s expansion across North America.
