The expansion brings the brand's complete portfolio—including its flagship Hip & Joint Chews, Joint Liquid, and a suite of wellness supplements—to the shelves of North America's largest pet retailer. Previously operating exclusively through direct-to-consumer and marketplace channels, the move reflects the brand's strategy to capture the growing demand for scientifically-formulated, NASC-certified canine health products.
Jonny Purcell, President of Wuffes, described the partnership as a response to rising consumer standards. He noted that the brand aims to leverage PetSmart’s established footprint to provide pet parents with products developed under human-grade health standards. The move follows a period of significant scaling for the Wyoming-based company, which secured the #400 spot on the 2025 Inc. 5000 list. By entering brick-and-mortar retail, Wuffes is positioning its proven, community-backed product line to compete directly on the shelves of a major national chain.
