Remote Integrates Global Hiring Infrastructure into isolved People Cloud

More than 200,000 U.S. employers using the isolved People Cloud will soon gain direct access to international hiring tools through a new partnership with Remote. By embedding an Employer of Record service directly into the HCM platform, the collaboration aims to remove the legal and administrative friction typical of cross-border expansion.

Companies often struggle with fragmented workflows when attempting to hire abroad, forcing them to choose between maintaining their existing HR systems or adopting specialized compliance software. This partnership removes that trade-off. By integrating Remote’s infrastructure into the isolved ecosystem, businesses can manage entity setup, payroll, and local regulatory compliance without leaving their primary management dashboard.

Remote manages the underlying legal complexities, including the requirements for operating in multiple jurisdictions. According to Pim Altena, vice president of technology partnerships at Remote, the goal is to provide a unified experience that allows firms to scale internationally without compromising their current HR processes. Barry Gauch, executive vice president at isolved, noted that the integration is designed to clear the technical and compliance hurdles that have previously hindered global growth for their clients. The full integration is scheduled to launch later this year.
