Since the program's inception on March 30, 2026, the company has aggressively consolidated its equity, acquiring a total of 24,857,287 shares. The cumulative expenditure for these buybacks now stands at €465,218,349, leaving a narrow margin remaining within the initial €500 million authorization. The Hilversum-based firm discloses these figures weekly to satisfy European Market Abuse Regulation requirements, providing transparency regarding its ongoing capital management.
