The project features one- and two-story homes ranging from 1,684 to 2,180 square feet, accommodating four to five bedrooms. Interiors emphasize current market trends, including quartz countertops, luxury vinyl plank flooring, and stainless-steel appliances from LG. Each residence is equipped with a two-bay attached garage and versatile floor plan options that include gamerooms, private studies, and covered patios.

Dave Hodgman, executive vice president of field operations, noted that the site addresses local demand for accessible inventory near existing school districts and retail corridors. The launch coincides with the company’s Stars and Stripes sales event, which provides limited-time incentives for prospective buyers. Located off Baybrooke Drive, the development maintains convenient access to US-264, connecting residents to regional hubs in Rocky Mount and Goldsboro. Interested parties can manage the acquisition process through the company's digital platform or visit the firm's dedicated sales studio in Knightdale.
