Jeffs arrives at Concorde from the College of Healthcare Professions in Austin, where she served as Campus President. Kevin Prehn, President of Concorde Career Colleges, cited her entrepreneurial approach to campus development as a primary driver for the selection. The new 45,000-square-foot facility, located at 3100 Hayes Road in Westchase Commons, is slated for a 2027 opening, pending final regulatory clearances.

The project aims to accommodate up to 700 students across various medical disciplines, including nursing, dental, and diagnostic health programs. This expansion functions as part of Universal Technical Institute’s broader North Star strategy, a multi-year initiative designed to mitigate national shortages of skilled labor. Once operational, the site will represent the company’s fourth Concorde campus in Texas, joining existing locations in Dallas, Grand Prairie, and San Antonio. Jeffs plans to prioritize workforce partnerships to align the school's curriculum with specific regional healthcare hiring demands.
