CEO Arun Mohan noted that Boren’s expertise in building high-performing organizations aligns with the firm’s current push to accelerate innovation and optimize manufacturing efficiency. In his new role, Boren will focus on advising the leadership team on supply chain management, commercial execution, and organizational development.

Biomerics, founded in 1994, operates as a contract development and manufacturing partner for 20 of the world’s top 30 medical device OEMs. The company maintains a network of 12 facilities across the United States, Costa Rica, and the Dominican Republic. By integrating Boren into its strategic planning, the firm aims to bolster its position as it navigates complex, high-precision manufacturing demands in the interventional medical device sector.
