LITFINCON Expands Litigation Finance Series to Amsterdam

Europe has transformed into a high-stakes arena for litigation finance, fueled by the rise of the Unified Patent Court and the Netherlands' WAMCA regime. To address this shifts, Siltstone Capital is bringing its global conference series to the Rosewood Amsterdam on October 7–8, 2026, targeting the industry's senior decision-makers.

The conference, titled "The Claim Is the Asset: IP, Arbitration, Class Actions & the Investors Who Know It," focuses on the rapid evolution of cross-border collective actions and international arbitration. With institutional interest growing among pension funds and family offices, the event aims to bridge the gap between capital providers and legal practitioners navigating complex regulatory landscapes in the UK, EU, and US.

"Europe is where some of the most important questions in litigation finance are being worked out right now," said Jim Batson, Chief Investment Officer of Legal Finance at Siltstone Capital. The agenda spans eleven panels covering topics from AI implementation in legal workflows to portfolio financing and risk transfer. Following previous successful editions in Houston, Beverly Hills, and Singapore, organizers are limiting attendance to ensure high-level networking. Registration for the Amsterdam event is currently open via the official conference portal.
