Azentio Gains Pre-Approved ASP Status for UAE E-Invoicing Rollout

With the UAE’s federal E-Invoicing mandate set to take effect in January 2027, Azentio Software has secured pre-approved Accredited Service Provider status from the Ministry of Finance. The firm is now deploying an AI-integrated solution designed to automate tax compliance directly within existing ERP workflows for regional businesses.

The software suite addresses the Federal Tax Authority’s upcoming requirements by aligning with PEPPOL and PINT AE standards. It handles a wide range of documentation, including sales invoices, credit notes, and export files, while maintaining audit trails for every transaction. By embedding AI directly into the ERP, Azentio aims to minimize human error, allowing systems to automatically validate mandatory fields and approved code values before submission to the authorities.

Harikrishnan Venkatraman, President of ERP at Azentio, noted that the designation serves as a milestone for the company’s regional strategy. The platform is engineered to function whether companies use Azentio’s own ERP or third-party systems, offering a centralized hub for data extraction and anomaly detection. This approach intends to transform compliance from a fragmented administrative burden into a streamlined component of daily financial operations, providing teams with real-time visibility through automated dashboards and alerts.
