Chan transitions to the firm from Fairstead, where she served as Senior Director of Development. Her tenure there saw the successful execution of more than 3,000 affordable apartment units. Her resume includes earlier development roles at Omni New York and JTC Corporation, complemented by an AICP-certified planning background. Recognized as one of Affordable Housing Finance’s Young Leaders in 2025, Chan holds degrees from Columbia University and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. She now oversees a platform at BLVD that manages a nationwide portfolio currently valued at over $1 billion.
