Lightbridge Academy Launches Digital Overhaul and Big Steps Campaign

Iselin-based Lightbridge Academy is shifting its focus toward the modern parent experience, launching a mobile-optimized website alongside a new brand initiative dubbed Big Steps. The rollout, which takes effect across its national network of over 200 centers, aims to bridge the gap between digital accessibility and in-person community engagement.

The redesigned digital platform addresses the habits of working parents who frequently research child care options during gaps in their schedules. By prioritizing mobile navigation and streamlining the path from initial inquiry to enrollment, the company intends to reduce the friction often associated with selecting a preschool or daycare provider. CEO Gigi Schweikert described the digital update as a commitment to simplifying the parent experience, allowing families to focus on child development rather than administrative hurdles.

Simultaneously, the Big Steps campaign brings a physical transformation to Lightbridge Academy centers. Beginning July 8, locations will feature footprint decals and dedicated achievement displays designed to highlight everyday childhood milestones, such as mastering new skills or social interactions. These additions are intended to strengthen the emotional bond between educators and families, reinforcing the company's long-standing Circle of Care philosophy. With over 200 centers currently open or in development, the franchise continues to scale its operations while emphasizing the individual developmental journey of children aged six weeks to five years.
