The project, dubbed 201 Hudson – by Urby, is positioned to leverage the area's high-density transit connectivity, sitting within walking distance of the Grove Street and Exchange Place PATH stations. With a 10-minute commute to Manhattan, the development targets commuters seeking both urban convenience and lifestyle-oriented amenities, including a resort-style pool, fitness center, and expansive skyline views.
Urby will spearhead the construction and property management alongside Rockhill, the property services affiliate of Rockpoint. The site will feature 10,000 square feet of retail space and 102 parking spots, integrating into the existing waterfront landscape. The design team includes architects HLW and Concrete Amsterdam, interior designer Shawn Hausman, and landscape architect Bas Smets. Newmark’s Adam Spies, Adam Doneger, and Michael Collins advised on the transaction, which adds to Rockpoint’s significant footprint in the regional multifamily market.
