The transaction involved the purchase of 9,357,547 shares at an average price of 4.0827 euros, with a maximum price paid of 4.088 euros per share. This move follows the voluntary public offer announced by NNS on June 24, 2026, for all outstanding ordinary shares of the capital of OCI Global N.V.
NNS, a private firm founded by Nassef Sawiris, has indicated it may continue to purchase shares outside of the formal offer framework where permissible under law. The company maintains that it intends to support liquidity for exiting shareholders without disrupting market stability. Following these latest acquisitions, NNS holds a total of 115,591,906 shares in OCI. The firm noted that any future significant purchases or arrangements to acquire securities will be disclosed through subsequent public filings as required by the Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets.
