Rackspace Chief Executive Gajen Kandiah noted that while many regulated firms possess an AI strategy, they frequently falter when attempting to deploy these tools safely at scale. This framework provides the necessary guardrails for sensitive environments, including air-gapped infrastructure where data sovereignty remains a top priority. To support this rollout, Rackspace has already completed training for approximately 4,000 employees across its technology and operations departments.
The collaboration has already yielded measurable results in early implementation. A U.S.-based solar tracking manufacturer utilized the partnership’s AI-enabled workflows to slash its quote cycle time by 94%. Beyond external consulting, Rackspace is integrating Palantir’s platform across 70% of its internal back-office operations to optimize its own performance.
