Babinski arrives at Clearspeed following a tenure as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at IonQ, where she directed the company’s legal strategy and corporate governance. Her background also includes six years of legal leadership at Credit Karma and early practice at the law firm BakerHostetler. A graduate of Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, she is expected to play a central role in guiding the company’s navigation of the complex regulatory landscape surrounding voice-based risk assessment.

CEO Alex Martin cited Babinski’s track record in managing transformation at technology companies as the primary driver for the hire. For her part, Babinski highlighted the urgency of Clearspeed’s mission to maintain human-centric decision-making in an era increasingly dominated by AI. The company, which provides risk assessment tools originally developed for the U.S. Department of Defense, currently operates in 37 countries and supports over 60 languages.
