Since integrating the MANTL platform, Credit Union West has overhauled its retail and business onboarding workflows. The transition slashed retail account opening times to roughly five minutes and introduced online business account opening for the first time. The impact on physical locations was equally significant, with individual branches generating over $15 million in new deposits—and one branch reaching $55 million—within the first year of deployment. Beyond the balance sheet, the shift saved more than 3,753 staff hours in 2025, freeing employees to shift their focus from manual data entry to deepening member relationships. Green noted that the technology has connected previously siloed channels, creating a seamless journey that empowers both staff and members.
