Erasca Faces Securities Fraud Class Action Over ERAS-0015 Data

Investors who purchased Erasca, Inc. securities between January 14, 2025, and April 26, 2026, face an August 10, 2026, deadline to join a class action lawsuit. The litigation, led by Schall Brown & Schwartz LLP, alleges the company misled the market regarding the clinical viability of its ERAS-0015 program.

The complaint asserts that Erasca issued false and materially misleading statements concerning its drug candidate, ERAS-0015. Specifically, the company allegedly based its preclinical data on improper comparisons to Revolution Medicines, Inc., potentially infringing on existing patent protections. According to the filing, these optimistic claims lacked a factual basis, causing significant financial losses to shareholders once the reality of the company's position emerged.

Shareholders do not need to be appointed as lead plaintiffs to recover potential damages. Those interested in participating or discussing their legal rights should contact Brian Schall or David Schwartz at the Los Angeles-based firm Schall Brown & Schwartz. The case remains uncertified, meaning investors who take no action will remain absent class members without formal legal representation.
