The acquisition encompasses all of MAS Medical Staffing’s core operations, including its per diem staffing services and its specialized technology assets. For Care Career, the purchase functions as a geographical expansion and a means to deepen existing client relationships. Central to the transaction is the Maestra platform, an automated system that allows clinicians to manage shifts and schedules independently.

Care Career CEO Siva Konatham stated that the integration aims to blend MAS’s existing tech with current investments in artificial intelligence and automation. According to Steve Garbon, the managing director at The Braff Group who led the deal team, the move reflects a growing market appetite for firms with established regional penetration and proven digital infrastructure. The transition positions Care Career to manage clinical labor at a larger scale by combining human staffing networks with automated workforce intelligence.
